Certified Nurse Assistant
Phlebotomy

Burns Healthcare Institute, LLC will prepare students to understand, contribute to, and succeed in a rapidly changing healthcare society, thus making the world a better and more just place. We will ensure that our students develop both the skills a sound education provides and the competencies essential for success and leadership in the emerging creative economy. We will also lead in generating practical and theoretical knowledge that enables people to better understand our world and improve conditions for local and global communities.
Phlebotomy
The PBT program is 12 weeks long. There will be 24 classroom hours and 40 clinical hours. The phlebotomy class is once a week, night or day class, for 12 weeks. Each class is three hours a week. Clinical will start 9th week of class. Everyone is responsible for their own ride to and from clinical.
Certified Nurse's Assistant
The CNA program is ten weeks long. There will be 90 hours for classroom and 16 hours for clinical. The classes are offered Monday through Wednesday 9am-12 or 6pm-9pm. The last two weeks clinical will also begin. You will be assigned a site and must get your 16 hours in within that time. This site will be a nursing home. Everyone is responsible for their own rides to and from clinical. The total cost is $725.00. Only 325 must be paid before starting. Installment payments are welcome!

Burns Healthcare Institute. LLC (BHI) is a tertiary education institution that seeks to offer post-secondary instructions, specifically, the Phlebotomy and CNA courses. The college will look to recruit students through various channels including the Internet, locally from the state of Mississippi and other neighboring localities. BHI seeks to offer Phlebotomy and CNA courses to all learners that look forward to getting employment at the very basic entry levels within the healthcare industry. The institution will instill a high sense of professionalism and ethics in their students. This institute was opened by Niki Burns. Niki has been in the medical field for 14 years, where she has acquired the necessary training and skills to start this school. It has been Niki’s passion to properly train others and help them begin their career. This will only be the beginning and a stepping stone for most. This school will educate, motivate, and instill morals and values in each individual. "Licensed by the Mississippi Commission on Proprietary School and College Registration, Certificate No. 690. Licensure indicates only that minimum standards have been met; it is not an endorsement or guarantee of quality.
